I just hope our nation can celebrate Sunisa Lee
as our national gymnastics hero right now.
Weirdly, I think many are still going to celebrate Biles as the hero of Tokyo. There is space to talk about her and her decision, but let’s not let that distract from what Lee just did. And her back story as a Hmong-American is pretty awesome too.
