WV, Iowa State, and Kansas aren't willing to sign a new GOR yet. I think the Big 12 is trying to get the remaining 8 to put pen to paper and commit, but the teams that think they have a shot in the ACC or B1G are still vetting that out. If Bowlsby can get all 8 to commit, I bet they add 2 very quickly and maybe 2 more before the dust settles.

If the ACC passes on WV and Kansas, I think that's it. I don't see the B1G extending a life raft to Kansas or Iowa State. I also think that ESPN pushing the AAC at the remaining schools gives them motivation to keep the Big 12 together.
