So they're not going to add any teams till possibly 2023 at the earliest as they don't want to reduce their payouts per school.

They know they're looking at least 50% less TV money post 2025 unless they can jump to another power conference.

You could argue BYU being a pseudo P5 given how P5 conferences view us. Cincinnati, no matter how good, is a G5.
