Crazy thought: BIG12 should expand NOW to 16 teams

Currently, the BIG 12 is stating that they plan on having TX/OU for 4 more years. This would be a great way to build your conference up competitively now in preparation for when TX/OU leave. You can turn a solid program into a great program in 4 years with the correct recruiting. This would "help" soften some of the blow on the BIG 12 with the exit and help the remaining 8 stay relevant now and in 4 years.

Current BIG12 teams:

Baylor
Iowa St.
Kansas
Kansas St.
Oklahoma
Oklahoma St.
TCU
Texas
Texas Tech
West Virginia

Add these teams:

BYU
Boise
Cincinnati
UCF
Houston
Navy??
