On price they paid for house. My mom pays almost nothing in property (like $1K a year) for house bought in 1976 in the South Bay. People next door that bought house a few years ago are paying probably $15K. It's completely unfair and idiotic. We like to California! LOL. Enjoy. Meanwhile I moved to Texas.
