last ~25 days, I've had 3 people who I see as totally with it people (and still do) in the course of "real talk" conversations and after care for the person is mentioned, break down in tears with pain they've been carrying on a daily basis. Pain that I didn't know was impacting them in such a way.

Made me think about any pain I've added or at least failed to recognize/alleviate in my relationships, even if its just by me being me and not done on purpose. It's obvious, but man we all need to do like Bill and Tedd said and be excellent to each other (even online).
