12 + 8 = 20, which is an even number. Why would one be left out?
Hard to imagine the PAC wanting to merge, though. The remaining 8 would lower the average PAC revenue.
Not saying the PAC definitely wouldn’t do it, but I’m not currently seeing the money incentive that has driven all conference expansion over the last decade plus.
