were huge, even though they resulted in only 3 points, because:
1. They ended two Utah drives. According to Whit, Utah only had 10 drives the entire game. And 1/5 were killed and resulted in no points because of the turnovers.
2. They killed Utah's momentum, something they never completely regained the entire game (there were spurts in the 2nd and 4th quarters, but BYU answered each time).
It's obviously better to get TDs off of turnovers, but even if you don't, they can still be a big deal, like in this game.
