I don't think I'd say that at all. On the one hand, Max is a public figure, so yeah, reality is that he's going to be due a bit more scrutiny.
On the other hand, most of the folks in the Utah mugshot collage aren't going to be identified by name with that the same way. Still though, I've always felt uncomfortable seeing that particular photo shared because it is taking real people and latching onto one moment in time. Maybe some of them went on to worse things, maybe some went on to fix their lives much like Max did. I don't know. I just know I'm not comfortable with taking/judging real people who I don't know anything about as a way to score points on an internet board.
