Stalking injunctions come easy.

You just have to make up any allegation of stalking and then a temporary injunction is put in place on an ex parte basis. Then a hearing is set to make the temporary injunction final. But between the temporary injunction and the hearing, there is an injunction that normally covers home, workplace, and school.

My understanding is that JW had a temporary injunction against him at the time of his violation and had not had a hearing yet.
