TROs aren't that easy to get. I used to do pro bono work in elder abuse cases

filing for TROs. The Court generally expects evidence--photographs, text messages, e-mails, etc. --not just allegations. Typically, the harassments must occur over a period of time and demonstrate a pattern. The judge will weigh the burden of instituting the order on the accused against the need for the protection.
