Jefe has offered to buy the food, plates, etc. We'd like Cougarboard to be seen as a force for good like it really can be. We need volunteers to help cook or serve, although I think about 4 or 5 people would be sufficient.

Several people offered in my thread the other day, but I wanted to post here to make sure we have enough people who can be there. I was thinking we'd get there about 9:30 to set up and start cooking.

I have a 3-burner Camp Chef, but we really could use another one because the cooking is the bottleneck. We could also use another canopy (along with mine) so we have good coverage from either rain or sun. I'll have tables and coolers for water.

Post here in the thread, or send me a boardmail if you'd like to help.

Also, if anybody knows who to contact with the ROC so we can get the word out, please let me know.
