I think this is an underestimated contributing factor this year

It also makes me wonder about the competitive advantage that CFP teams might get — i.e. Alabama & Clemson — in the additional coaching, practicing, and prep they get in as they're getting ready for 1-2 additional high stakes, highly competitive games.
