I grew up in the 80s on the east coast. Was a huge Patrick Ewing and Georgetown fan. Back then the Big East was
the best BBall div (with ACC) out there.
Ive been trying to remember the members of the Big East back then
Georgetown, Villanova, Pitt?, Seton Hall, Syracuse, St Johns, Temple?, Boston College, anyone else?
Patrick Ewings 4 years at GTown were my 4 years of High School. Throw in Lenny Bias of the Terps, the DC 3 (Whittingham, Bailey, ?) from NC State, it was a great time to be a college ball fan in DC area.
