Perhaps the best shot at Robertson, the intercepted, was actually Nacala. Allgeier was much faster than Hall, Nacua and Robertson in the chase. In fact, tome, Nacua looked like he was jogging. Allgeier’s effort was super. He gained on Robertson with every step. The tackling technique was superb. He kept Robertson in bounds. He kept the ball in bounds. And after the fumble recovery by Hall, whose effort was also superb, Allgeier gently walked away. No celebrating, just a humble accomplished man. Just trivia but Robertson is a member and was recruited by BYU.
