Unpopular opinion on crowd noise. The fans, and especially coaches and players

(Fans can bring ear plugs) should not have to endure possible permanent (yes permanent) hearing loss because the fans are screaming too loud.

I also think its unfair a team gets 6 false start penalties because of crowd noise.

If a decibel level goes above a certain level, there should be a warning. Aftet that, 5 yard penalty to the offending fan's team, then a 10 yard penalty, and so on.
