I've been eating them as a late breakfast before going on my mid-morning 5-mile walks.
Trying to lose weight so I've been finding it easy not to eat breakfast. But also found that after briskly walking for 5 miles my energy is lagging for the last mile or so. By having a Built bar before I go - it's fairly low calorie, but enough to give me a quick boost for my walk. Then I have my normal lunch.
