So BYU has to wait until it actually joins the B12 to give notice of games it wants to cancel? So no notice given until 2023?

Then it still has to pay the $1million penalty for any games it cancels within 2 years after the notice? So no relief from the $1million penalty per game until 2025 at the earliest?
