Job and move to another company.

What we all say: “Man I can’t believe the last 5 years at this place, I’m going to miss all the wonderful people I met and huge shout out to my boss! Great guy! I know this company is going places and can’t wait for them to all succeed!”

What we really want to say: “Thank goodness I’m done with this dump of a place. My manager can go stick it and this company will fail miserably in two years. My new job offered me double the money and my current job let’s me have 5 PTO days if I’m lucky. So suck on that!!!”
