FRESHMEN! That brings me some excitement to watch him boom punts for three more years! 83 yards vs. ASU!

Kalani and CO have done well to find talent.

weird to say a punter would leave early. but he might.

If the money is right, can't blame him.

And he should. Punter jobs don’t open up all the time

I think he possibly could if he won the Ray Guy award. Otherwise probably not

isn't the Ray Guy Award an NFL award?

No, it is the college award named for Ray who played for Southern Mississippi

Interesting. Always thought that was an NFL award.

I read that his brother nearly made it as an NFL punter + he intends to leave as

Uncle Rehkow will soon be living in a big ole mansion somewhere, soaking it up

I’m sure it doesn’t hurt to have Lee Johnson in the AD and being an indirect

Did Lee punt barefoot at BYU or only kickoffs? All of his NFL

He is great. If he could learn to keep the ball out of the end zone on long (or short) punts he would be a game changer

This ^^ He's got the leg power, now need to get some control on placement

Nothing wrong with his placement on that last punt against ASU.

So maybe more consistency in placement

Consider a punter who can put the ball on the one yard line, inbounds or out of bounds, instead of a touch-back

I'm good with him kicking a Touchback EVERY punt unless we're near midfield

You have a point. But I still favor a kicker who can put it near the goal line. Punt returners tend to be less effective

Hope we can keep Rehkow a couple more years before he goes to the NFL

Of all positions, kickers and punters should be able to declare for the draft
