The withdrawal looks way better than a fail… I still got into A grad program at BYU and not one of my employers have ever cared about either…

I think it goes on the transcript as an Unofficial Withdrawal and counts against the gpa like an "F". If you retake the

I've never looked at an applicant's gpa, let alone individual class grades.
