I just picked up a 2nd job with FedEx this week. They aren't even interviewing.
The phone call with the recruiter was just her asking the questions from the application all over.
"Do you have reliable transportation to get to the job"
"Can you lift up to 50 lbs occasionally"
"Are you 18"
"Are you a citizen of the US"
I asked her if they are having problems filling their spots. She said yes, and it's a nationwide problem for them.
