They wouldn’t be able to include the Big 12 champ or the PAC12 champ in the

Playoff without also including BYU in the playoff.

If the selection committee followed any logic at all, they’d have to put BYU in the playoff before putting either Champion Baylor or Champion ASU in the playoff.

1. SEC Alabama
2. 2nd SEC team (Georgia?)
3. B1G champ
4. BYU (Champion of the Big12 and PAC12).
