I listened to post-game twice, but didn't hear him say anything that said we should've blitzed more, or that their QB didn't throw well when pressured.
I did hear him give his typical coach speak of, "I've gotta do a better job getting these guys ready." He didn't like that we couldn't get off the field. But I don't understand where people think his comments implicate Tuiaki and his scheme and/or adjustments at all. He didn't implicate anybody directly but himself. And rather than talk down their QB (freshman who can't handle pressure), he said multiple times that you have to give USF and their QB credit.
