else. Maybe it's a little of both. Playing so much had a lot to do with the injuries, and Tuiaki wasn't able to get them off the field, so indirectly, there is some "blame" if you want to use that word.

It's the offenses fault for getting a 3 and out, it's the offenses fault for scoring to quickly, it's the players (that he coaches) fault for not containing the edge. Never Tuiakis though
