One of my employee's refusal to get vaccinated

Cost me $35,000 in lost revenues in 2 weeks while he was in the ER with covid and my health insurance broker informed me that our business' health insurance premiums will likely go up next year if we don't start requiring vaccination.

We will most likely be terminating unvaccinated employees by the end of the year.
