be in the playoffs in the pre wild card era. If they can't win their divisions, they shouldn't bellyache because they only get one more game to "prove" themselves. At some point the teacher needs to say "No more makeup tests".

All this expanded playoff nonsense does is diminish the value of the regular season.

The only sport that needs expanded playoffs is college football.
