It means we are stuck in whatever bowl game we had contracted with before the season. The only way to get out of it would be to go undefeated and force our way into a NY6.

Deep down we all know that isn’t likely even with one loss and that’s why this stings so much.

This will be fixed when we join the B12 so at least we can look forward to the future when we still have conference championships and better bowl access to look forward to after our first loss.

Having one loss relegate us to a crappy bowl for the last ten or whatever years has really sucked.
