at 6am. I called the front desk and told them what had happened, and asked for a refund of the money that was charged to my card even though I didn't cancel more than 24 hours before arrival.
The very nice young lady over the phone took my information and said she'd have to talk to the manager. I told her that I could text her proof that my flight was cancelled or otherwise show them that it was out of my hands. She said the manager would call me.
I just got the money refunded without a call. I guess that's one good thing about a nationwide, highly reported SWA issue.
