So most insurance differs by state- looking to move to Utah, but have adult children who would still be on my health
insurance in Texas. What kind of issues will that create for my new employer/health insurance company?

I believe they can still be on your insurance up to age 25 or 26.

I think this is correct, I think it was federally mandated.

Yep, the question is more most insurance is state specific. Some of the employers I looked at have

I never had problems with my BC/BS Texas insurance with my kid in Utah at BYU using it

They have to be off yours by their 26th birthday.
