Honestly, I was not greatly impressed with Romney prior to this season. He felt more like a comfort blanket, an acceptable fill in if the first stringer goes down. But this season with a game and a half from Romney (granted, against a couple of poor defenses), I think he has made significant strides and I am not sure who I like more between Hall and Romney. If they are both healthy enough to play, I would start Hall with the caveat that he needs to make plays with his feet like versus ASU and Utah. If the coaches are not comfortable unleashing him, then I would definitely want Romney in there as the QB. That is just the way I see it.
