it's not semantics. BYU doesn't qualify for the G5 spot. BYU only qualifies for an at large.
If they win out they will most likely finish top 10 and possibly will get an at large. All Depends who wins and who loses and on how Arizona State and Boise finish. If Boise finishes 9-3 that loss becomes much less of a disaster. so if ASU wins the PAC 12 and Boise Finishes Strong and throw in Baylor finishing strong, after we beat their faces in this weekend, BYU has a legit shot at NY6.
