My dad had ton of beer spilled down his back at a Mavs game from guy above.
Drunk people suck. I've moved seats at a game once for fear for my life as well. Good seats, bad seats, it doesn't matter. BYU is wise to politely enforce these rules. I would demand it if they didn't.
