Our defense is #34 in points per drive on “medium-length” drives. Those are drives that begin between the offense’s 20
and 40.
You’re absolutely right to look at points per drive as the main measure. You can break it down even more specifically for people who are saying it’s much harder to get a stop when we fumble inside our own 25 (obviously it is) to how we rank on typical drives.
The answer to that is 34th so far this year.
