The entire team—players and coaches- served up
A big juicy crapfest last week!
Arguing over who/what we’re the worst is ridiculous.
The offense—Arod and players—were pathetic. Period.
The defense—coach T and players were anemic.
And the special teams were horrible also.
It was a big team fail by everyone.
Criticizing any facet of last Saturday’s performance is justified. It seemed to me that both offense and defense blew the game.
As far as entertainment and ability to pick up the offense, our defense sucks big time. It creates no havoc and is far too reactionary and passive. Not a fan, I confess.
The offense has been interesting and exciting at times, and has largely provided the thrills/entertainment factor for fans, but is consistently inconsistent. I have no clue why we fail to use smash mouth football when everyone in the stadium knows the down and distance demand it’s use. And no under center looks? It blows my mind.
And the defenders of the defense all have more piss and vinegar than coach T and his weeny scheme. Why top recruits would want to play in that scheme is beyond me.
Obviously last year against inferior talent got in our coaches’ heads and not in a good way.
Here is hoping an angry, aggressive effort in all phases shows up in WACO. It will be interesting to see which BYU team shows up.
