fastest I'm getting is 234 mbps. I have a Netgear CM 1100 modem. I haven't had a problem with it. It's designed to receive over 1GB. I'm hardwired into the modem. Of course the Xfinity people say that the signal is fine (I'm not sure how they tell that from India). Of course the Netgear people won't help me unless I pay them. Their basic line is do a hard reset, which I've done.
Maybe I should have ponied up and just paid the monthly rental for the Modem/Router through Xfinity. Ughh......I love/hate technology. Any solutions/suggestions?
