1). Defense HAS to get better on 3rd downs at getting stops and getting off the field
2). Defense HAS to be prepared to change up play call when opposing offenses go into "wait and see offense" mode. Need to do better job of mixing up our look and keeping them off-balance.
3). Offense HAS to take care of ball and finish their drives.
4). Coaches HAVE to start a QB who isn't ham-strung by injuries and can lead offense without being afraid to run or get hit.
5). Arod HAS to get the run established and use it to set up the pass. Offense is out of sync and agree with Adam Gibby it needs an identity.
