Dodgers have topped the league for the last couple of years, and this year it was supposed to be the Dodgers and Padres battling. Instead, the Giants came out of nowhere and consistently played the best baseball. Dodgers were a juggernaut the last couple of months of the season and just couldn't make up ground. I really do hate the Giants, but gotta give props. No one saw that season coming. Nothing fluky about it either. You don't win 107 games by accident. I hope that I could say that I would be magnanimous in defeat, but I admit that is much harder to swallow. I agree with those that feel that these 2 teams should have had a 7 game series in the LCS, because they sure earned it.

Anyway, caps off to the Giants on a legendary season.
