My MIL will take a to-go plate when she attends one of our ward functions.
She also washes plastic forks and spoons and reuses ziploc bags. And when she goes home from our house (she lives with us now on hospice) but when she lived in SLC she would often take food from our pantry that she likes.

I forgot the worst one I know. A family reuses their cereal milk. I haven't seen it first hand but I know the family
