I'll share one we do. We eat oatmel/rolled oats for breakfast. Much cheaper an
and healthier than most cereals. That's cheap enough, but we dilute our whole milk in pitcher at about 30% milk 70% water. Tastes the same. And probably healthier according to "The China Study".
