If you flip our 83-84 Baylor game results, 1983 becomes BYU's undefeated year.
No one else was undefeated. Would BYU have won the NC under Steve Young with a 12-0 year?

IMO, 1983 and 1985 had better teams than 1984. The thing was that 1984 won 5 games by 7 points or fewer
