I try to go to car shows whenever I can
I've been to Hot August Nights, it's a huge car show.
When Bill Harrah (Harrah's) was alive he had a huge and incredible car collection and sponsored a car show and swap meet that grew into one of the biggest in the country. It was the best and biggest car show and swap meet I've ever been to.
When he died a large part of his collection was sold off. But about 200 of his cars are in the National Auto Museum in Reno.
Harrah's car show and swap meet ended when he died. Eventually Hot August Nights got going to bring in car people and tourists to Reno.
