Protein isn’t the healthiest thing for our bodies. But we already know that from the Word of Wisdom. We don’t avoid milk at all. In fact we make homemade yogurt a lot. The dilution of milk is just a carry over from when we were really “poor” and had to stretch things. Nowadays we just leave the milk in our outside fridge and fill up our nice pitcher in our fridge. I think my wife grew up in a family where you never just put a carton of milk on the table.
