I was actually just looking him up the other day.
I know he didn’t have too many options other then going to southern but man…what terrible timing for him. Career was on a great upwards trend and then the whole picture thing came to light.
If that hadn’t had happened, Mateos would still be with us.

The OL had LaChance, Tukuafua out and Empey stil not 100%. The replacement Pay and Barrington are both freshmen.
