I'm not a "put my foot down" kind of guy, but I'm about to. Am I wrong?
So about Holidays. Celebrating them over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. I'm THIS close to saying...pick a night and we're good. We don't need 2 trunk or treats, trick or treating night AND another family Halloween party. It's so over the top. Man this is the "get off my lawn" guy in me, but when in the H did Holidays turn into 392852039580528932 different celebrations? It's gotten ridiculous.

Here's an example:

Oct 28: Ward Trunk or Treat down at the church.
Oct 29: We've been invited to another trunk or treat up in Sandy at the cousins. They go with them usually every year.
Oct 30: Trick or treating
Oct 31: Family get together up in Kaysville so the kids can all dress up in their costumes.

I finally said this morning "enough." This is ridiculous. How many dang times do we really need to "celebrate" Halloween. Seems like we do this with Christmas as well.

Am I being a Grumpy grinch? Should I just go along with it? I probably will. It just irks me.

I mean 4 different celebrations? Come on.
