was just let go from his job as a construction manager at a pool company (he was literally the best employee they had in our opinion and was interfacing with us as a customer). The company he was working for is not a good company, but I'm still shocked they couldn't see what they had in this guy.

He's fairly new out of college, graduating in construction management. Oh, and not that it matters, but he is a former BYU football player, so he would be a good guy to have around from that regard.

I'm going to check with a couple of my construction clients as well, but just thought I would beat the bushes as I loved working with this guy.
