The truth is that most jobs can be difficult, stressful, and hard at times, that's why we pay people to do them. Yet, some employees still enjoy their job despite it being difficult, stressful, and hard, and others, well they hate their job for these reasons. The job remains the same, attitude is the difference. I'd bet you'd have more success if you took a more positive approach, and you'd certainly find more enjoyment.
