My employer has had to close 3 clinics in our state because of the labor shortage
We have plenty of nurses, but we can’t seem to get the entry-level technicians. The pay is about $17/hr starting and caps out at $25/hr, plus great benefits.

We get very few applicants so we hire nearly everyone that applies, and about half of them flake out pretty quickly. They show up late, take breaks that are way too long, don’t work hard, and eventually just quit. It’s nuts.
