My son finally got his for in the door as a hardware tech (smart phones) and
Within three months he was promoted to run training for new techs. He quickly rolled through his certifications because of interest and motivation. They love him and are grooming him, but they still need bodies to do the entry level work.
Prior to that he was a piano mover while getting his tech certs.
He gets full benefits and is happy with his situation.
Not sure how benefits work in other areas, but it seems like they are there.

Depends on the job. But if you go out in public you can see that there are employee shortages with your own eyes. Both
