Had a long discussion with my brother about this on the drive home from Waco after the game. Would love to have Baylor in the same division/pod as us moving forward, but don't know how feasible it is.

Sticking with Divisions I think the most logical is East/West with the following:

East
WVU
Cincy
UCF
Houston
Iowa State
Baylor

West
BYU
KState
Kansas
TCU
OK State
TTech

But, I'd love to see them go in the direction of 4 3-team pods. You'd play your pod and a rotation of 2 of the other 3 pods each year for conference schedule. This lets you either add 3 teams in the future with another pod, or 4 teams and add 1 team per pod.

KState
Kansas

Pod 2:
OK State
TTech
TCU

Pod 3:
Baylor
Houston
UCF

Pod 4:
Cincy
WVU
